Originally built in the early nineteenth century, the Gardner House has now become a restoration project for Western Kentucky University's Department of Folk Studies & Anthropology. Located on a biological preserve in Hart County, Kentucky, this house provides hands-on training in historic preservation for WKU students and will eventually be available to Hart County residents as a space for community gatherings.

This is a video from home builder Colin Moock. I really like the way he frames his methods and mentality. He is a home builder and is altering the ideal, in many cases to fit his needs and timelines. He has posted a repair to his basement in over twenty parts.
